Working together
Most of my work is a monthly partnership with a funded team. I lead the product design and work across Figma and code, with a small support team that jumps in and out as needed. You interface with me.
Design in code doesn't mean I'm always coding your final product. It means the flows, interactions, components and design systems get built as real, working things: your engineers can ship them as they are, or adapt them into your stack.
How it runs
- The starting point is one call a week, with async Slack comms through the week.
- Work is constantly shipping: Figma files, prototypes, coded components and production-ready UI builds, whatever the problem calls for.
- Scale up or down month to month as the product needs.
Halaska OS, built in
Every partnership sets you up with Halaska OS along the way: your design system, decisions and standards kept as files your team and its AI tools can read. Your agents stop making up their own buttons and start working from what we decided together. It's how the bar holds after I step back.

I keep my client list small so every team gets me in the work every week.
