Founding the studio

In 2023 I left full-time roles to start Halaska Studio.

The role

Founder, and the designer directing the work.

What I worked on

The studio started purely in crypto: DeFi apps, trading exchanges, mobile wallets, layer 2s, NFT storage and inscriptions. Since then we've taken on more and more AI products: AI voice assistants, AI storytelling for game designers, and voice AI agents for customer service teams.

What I took from it

Reading what each client actually needs: which part of the process matters at which stage, when to slow down and when to speed up, and how to direct other designers effectively while still adding my own impact to the work.
